Meeting of the Scientific Advisory Board from 3 to 5 July 2024
The Scientific Advisory Board is the central instrument of scientific evaluation for institutes of the Max Planck Society. In particular, it advises directors on the research program, evaluates the institute‘s research every three years, and reports to the President of the Max Planck Society. Every six years, groups of similarly specialized institutes are evaluated comparatively. This year, the Advisory Board met at the Institute from 3 to 5 July. The Activity Report 2021 – 2023 is an important source of information for the comparative evaluation. During a poster session, the Advisory Board exchanged with researchers to discuss current research projects. More
